Playa Martin Residence, new and elegant, in mediteranean style located by the sea, an area loved and visited by Italians and unexplored by the north European people.
You can immediatly reach on foot the beach with its fine golden sand, the beach-front and the center from the Residence.

The appartements are practical and cosy, with big rooms and balconies have a fine view over the sea, situated on 3 floors with 16 mini-flats.

The mini-flats are about 40(sq.m) each flat has a master bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living-room with a (double- bed) sofa, a kitchen completely furnished, and balcony with a fine view over the sea (by request).

 

Flat of 68(sq.m) has two master bedrooms , two bathrooms , a living-room with a (double bed) sofa, a kitchen completely furnished, and balcony.
All the flats have electrical appliances: fridge microwave oven, tv, telephone, hairdryer,air conditioning ,a safe, internet system.

Also available for our guests, free of charge is a laundry room where you can find: washing machines, irons and space for hanging clothes.
You can reach the underground garages by indoor lift.
All the building can be easily reached by disabled people.
